Outdoor Adventures runs Expeditions in Costa Rica; they are physical as well as mentally demanding, its highly recomended that you have previous experience in activities like trekking and hiking, camping and paddling, among others. Because the group needs to be self-sufficient for many days away from logistical support, you are required to carry all your equipment, making this type of trips intense and often demanding a high level of fitness, you should be training on a daily basis prior to the expedition in order to enjoy the experience fully.

Cacho Negro Volcano Cientific Expedition - 4 days
	Case: Investigative and Cientific Expedition to Cacho Negro Volcano, located in the Braulio Carrillo National Park in Costa Rica, that according to the Main Objectives set by the cientists, to study the botanical and vulcanology of the area, required the use of a helicopter to make an airborne access of all the expedition team and equipment; because if these expedition will be tryed to get acommplish by land, being a hard access and remote area, will require many more days of jungle trekking, limiting the access to people with excelent fitness and mountaineering experience. Outdoor Adventures designed, planned, trained the participants, and executed this Cientific Expedition taking a total of 10 people -including the cientist and staff-, to this remote area, and back to civilization in a safe, secure and logistically well executed Expedition.
